Home deliveries are between 8am and 12pm. Collections are from 5pm onwards.

Overnight options are available. Overnight castles will be collected the following morning and must be blown up that morning until someone arrives to collect.

2 Day offers are available but collections on the 2nd day will be from 4pm onwards.

If you require equipment for an party at a venue please specify the times we can gain access and collect from on your booking form.

While the equipment is with you, you are responsible for ensuring it is not damaged.

During the months of September to March the weather is not ideal for outdoor castles, please keep this in mind when booking. Castles will not be placed outdoors during adverse weather conditions per the HSE guidance and ES 14960. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if wind is above 24mph gusts or if the conditions are not suitable, If we failed to do this or ignored the weather condition our insurance would not be valid.

Your booking fee is non refundable but in these circumstances it can be transferred to another date.

We promise to do our best to inform you of any possible weather issues that can effect your booking in a timely manner but the weather forecast can chance hourly so this is not always possible
